Radicchio and beans
Instructions
Put the beans in the pot with cold water and salt and let them cook for 2 hours.
Peel the chicory, wash it and cut it to length.
When the beans are ready, drain them and reduce them to puree.
Season the puree with oil, pepper and vinegar.
