Chicory au gratin with gorgonzola
Instructions
Wash and drain the whole radicchio leaves a part of root.
Divide each tuft in all 4 and half in a baking dish greased with oil.
Put in hot oven for 5 minutes, add salt.
Deploy a gorgonzola and mascarpone cream worked together and cover with the remaining chicory.
Add salt, pepper and Brown in the oven.

- 4 heads treviso radicchio
- 150 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 50 g of mascarpone
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
