Radicchio in salmoriglio
Instructions
Deprive the radicchio and stem of outer leaves, cut in half and let them marinate for 2 hours or more in salmoriglio so prepared: olive oil, lemon juice, anchovies and de-boned dissolved, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, Rosemary, oregano, Sage.
Cook the grilled radicchio or in oven at 200 degrees finishing cooking with grill; serve hot by spraying with salmoriglio.

- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- White pepper in grains
- 2 anchovies
