Swordfish aghiotta
Instructions
Remove the skin from the fish and cut it into slices, flour it and put to fry in a pan with plenty of oil, then drain, place them on paper towels and salt insaporitelo.
In a pan place to chill the onion and chopped garlic, Bay leaves, chopped tomatoes, a pinch of salt and oil.
Cook for about 20 minutes, then remove from heat and add the slices of fried fish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley, and add some capers and a splash of white wine.
Bake at medium heat for about fifteen minutes and bring to the table.

- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some leaves of laurel
- 500 g of tomato pulp
- Parsley
- Some of salted capers
- 1 splash white wine
- Flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
