Dietetic meat sauce
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring all ingredients (without adding water) except the tomato and olive oil and cook stirring for about ten minutes, after salty.
Add the tomato and cook it until it is completely retired.
Only then can you add olive oil (to taste) and blend.
And now, drumroll .

the pressure cooker version!!!! Same procedure, but, once you add the tomato, you close the pot and cook for 25 minutes from the first whistle.

- 500 g of lean ground beef
- 600 g of peeled tomatoes
- == 1 small onion, chopped
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped celery
- 1 chopped carrot
- Some leaves of chopped sage
- Chopped chilli (optional)
- Olive oil
