Rana to riesling
Instructions
Saute chopped shallots 3 cloves in 2 tablespoons butter and add 32 frogs.
Brown and then wet them with 1 glass of Riesling wine and 4 tablespoons chicken broth.
Add salt, pepper and let Cook for 10 minutes.
Go frogs on a hot plate and pour in broth 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon flour and 1 cream.
To restrict the sauce and pour it on the frogs.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
