Instructions

Peel turnips, wash, emerge them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water and drain well.

In a saucepan melt the butter and oil and start to Brown the turnips.

Cover with the marsala and with a glass of water when you loose the nut, add the Rosemary, salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer over low heat for a half-hour.

Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve hot as a side dish for a roast or a bird.
