Ratafia of roses
Instructions
The preparation of this excellent liquor is really very simple.
Put rose petals of different colors but also scented, infused with very hot water and let stand for 1-2 days.
Strain and add alcohol, sugar, cinnamon, coriander.
Wait 12 days and filtered again, until the ratafia will become clear.
You will get a sweet odour liqueur that will agree to serve in a glass bottle.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 150 g of fresh rose petals and perfumed
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 1 G = = Cilantro
- 350 g of water
- 250 g of sugar
