Ravioli with sole
Instructions
Fillets of sole blanched in salted water.
Drain them and beat them in the mixer with the other ingredients.
Cook the ravioli in salted water, toss with sauce and serve.

- 400 g of pasta ravioli type skinny
- 120 g of sole fillets
- 1 slice of bread (slices soaked in milk)
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
