Ravioli with seafood sauce
Instructions
Cook sea bass for 20 minutes in the oven with oil and mix the shredded meat with egg yolks, bread soaked in milk, spices, chopped salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the ingredients for the dough to get a smooth and stretchy mixture and let stand for 30 minutes.
Roll very thin pasta with the machine and made wide strips 10-12 inches.
Arranged at regular intervals of bits of stuffing, folded and Dunks to seal, then trim the ravioli.
Then add browned shallots in oil shelled mussels and crab meat and seasoned so the ravioli.

- 200 g of mussels
- 200 g of crab meat
- 1 shallot
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil

- 500 g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 20 cl of lukewarm water
