Cauliflower cream puffs
Instructions
Put in a bowl the flour, make a recess in the Middle, add salt and pepper and pour in the melted butter.
With a fork, stir together flush with a little water until you get a medium batter.
Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
Meanwhile, Cook the cauliflower for 15 minutes, then split it to drain them dry, florets well and put it in a marinade made from oil, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Finished the rest time of the batter, beat the egg whites until foamy and add dense to mixture with much delicacy not mixing in circular movements, but by lifting it from the bottom upwards.
Then soak the florets drain from marinade, and fry them in boiling oil: will swell and Brown well.

- 70 == G Flour
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
