Instructions
Work the flour with the egg, 1 tablespoon oil, Brewer's yeast dissolved in 1/2 glass of water.
Leave this batter for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, clean the fruits, peeling and cut it into slices.
Dip it in batter prepared, so that it covers well the sliced fruit.
Fry the slices thus prepared in boiling oil, spolverizzarle of icing sugar and serve immediately.

- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 10 g of brewer's yeast
