Arucola queens
Instructions
Wash and clean the arugula, Basil and Mint; dry well, patting gently with absorbent kitchen paper.
Finely chop the leaves of Arugula and herbs with pine nuts and garlic clove.
Pour everything into a bowl, add salt, pepper and stir to incorporate the oil.
Boil the pasta and serve with pesto.

- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- Basil
- Mint
- 40 g of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
