Rigatoni with basil
Instructions
Cook the rigatoni in boiling salted water and season with plenty of oil, half of the chopped Basil and a spoonful of breadcrumbs.
In a baking dish put a little oil, a layer of sliced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, salt and a layer of dough, continue until exhaustion ingredients.
Bake for about 45 minutes and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 300 g of type rigatoni pasta
- 1000 g of tomatoes
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
