Rigatoni with speck
Instructions
Sauté in butter and oil, the onion and the chopped chilli, combine the Diced Bacon, tomatoes, bring to boiling and pour the cream.
Cook pasta al dente, drain, put it into the pan with the sauce, seasoning, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta rigatoni
- 100 g of speck
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 20 cl of cooking cream
- 1 onion
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
