Colorful rigatoni
Instructions
Cook pasta and drain it al dente.
Meanwhile check the beans, cut them into small pieces and boil them in salted water for 7 minutes, drain them and pass them in cold water.
Grill the pepper, spellarlo, cut it into strips, discarding seeds and petioles.
Peel the tomatoes and reduce them to small pieces.
Saute chopped garlic oil with parsley, add: green beans, tomatoes, bell pepper, capers and oregano leaves stand for 5 minutes, then add the pasta and let it blow up 2 minutes.

- 350 g of type rigatoni pasta

- Oregano
