Instructions
Bring the cooking rice.
While cooks prepare a sauce making Brown the sliced onion in 3 tablespoons oil, add the tomatoes, peppers and diced peeled and coarsely chopped olives.
Add salt and cook the sauce for about 20 minutes.
Drain the rice al dente and season the sauce with peppers.
