Basil rice
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes, sprinkle the pretzels and toss with a little olive oil.
Mince together the tuna and anchovies and carefully wash the Basil.
Cook the rice is al dente, drain it well and pour it directly into individual dishes.
Put at the center of each portion a few tablespoons of tomato, a little tuna and anchovies, one tablespoon of raw oil and a few basil leaves.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of rice
- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 anchovies de-boned
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
