Lemon rice, shrimps and lettuce
Instructions
Cook the rice in lightly salted boiling water.
Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into banners.
Wash the prawns, Pat dry and stir-fry with a tablespoon of olive oil, add the lettuce and lemon zest (without the white part), coarsely chopped.
Drain the rice, stir ingredients in cooking and let it stand for a few moments to flame.
Add, if necessary, a drizzle of raw oil, pepper and serve.

- 250 g of quick cooking rice
- 250 g of shrimps
- 6 green leaves of lettuce salad
- 1/2 untreated lemon (zest)
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
