Orange rice
Instructions
The caramelized orange peel cut into julienne with 2 tablespoons sugar and a little water in a pan.
In a saucepan, Cook the rice with all the other ingredients stirring occasionally for about an hour, until the mixture is homogeneous.
If needed, add more water gradually.
Place the cooked rice into bowls and decorated with candied zest.
Keep in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

- 4 oranges (juice)
- 6 tablespoons of rice
- 1 orange (zest)
- 1 orange (zest cut into julienne)
- 1 handful of sultanas
- 2 tablespoons of sugar for rice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar to caramel
