Instructions

Saute chopped onion and sliced celery in 4 tablespoons oil.

Wash and dry the Orange, grate the zest and squeeze the juice.

Pour 70 cl of water into the pan of sauce, combine zest, juice, a pinch of thyme and salt and bring to a boil.

Add the rice and cook over low heat until liquid absorption.

Transfer rice to a serving dish, garnish with almonds and serve immediately.
