Instructions

Cook the rice for 18 minutes in boiling salted water.

Meanwhile, put on the fire, in a saucepan, 4 tablespoons oil, clove garlic peeled and sliced and chopped anchovies.

Stir until the anchovies are disposed; then add the chopped tomatoes, oregano and 1 pinch of salt and Cook, over high heat, for 5 minutes.
