Cream cheese rice
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water.
Melt cheese with milk, on fire and stirring with a wooden spoon.
Drain the rice, place it on a serving platter and drizzle with the cream cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
Cover the surface of the rice with ham slices and serve immediately.

- 400 g of rice
- 1/2 shot of milk
- 2 creamy cheese
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 150 g of ham
- Salt
- Pepper
