Take a Leek very tender, remove the outer leaves and chop the white part only, chopped mint leaves even eight.
Season with a little oil and lemon juice filtered to colander, adjust salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, boil the rice with salted water.
Drain well, season with this fresh mint sauce.
The cool mint flavor does not favor pairing with wine.
