Rice with vegetables
Instructions
In a saucepan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on the fire.
Add the garlic and sliced onions.
Saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Combine the chili, chili and cumin.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Pour the rice and cook until it begins to Brown.
Add the water and 1 teaspoon salt.
Bring to a boil on high heat.
At this point, lower the heat and put the lid.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
When the rice is cooked, add the chopped tomatoes, boiled beans and peas.
Season with salt and Add pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well on low heat, and pour spoon in the dishes.
Garnish with slices of onion.

- 3 cl of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 160 g of sliced white onion
- 1 chili
- 1 1/2 cl of chili powder
- 1/2 cl of cumin powder
- 250 g of rice
- Cl = 65 = = water
- Salt
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 200 g of dried beans
- 200 g of peas
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 1/2 cl of lemon juice
