Rice with Artichokes (Riso con Carciofi)
Instructions
Cook the rice in a mixture of chopped onion, oil and butter.
Cover with the broth and cook it in the oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
Fry the slices of artichokes with olive oil, chopped onion and Bacon, add chopped tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes; salt.
With this gravy seasoning the rice.

- 300 g of rice
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Broth
- 4 artichokes cleansed, washed and made into wedges
- 2 slices of bacon
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- Salt
