Rice with onions
Instructions
Gently fry the onions in oil and chopped fine in 50 g of butter.
Sprinkle with soy sauce and add 1 tablespoon of nut water and some pepper.
Combine the rice boiled al dente onions, parmesan and pecorino.
Mix well and add remaining butter.
Serve immediately.

- 350 g of rice
- 300 g of onions
- 100 g of butter
- 1/2 crumbled meat nut
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of cheese
