Rice with fontina
Instructions
Cook the rice al dente in salted water.
Heat a soup tureen, put the fontina cheese cut into small pieces and pour over freshly drained rice.
Season with plenty of melted butter, parmesan and pepper, stir and serve.

- 300 g of rice
- 200 g of fontina cheese
- 70 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
