Rice with bacon
Instructions
Dice the bacon and sear for 2 minutes in boiling water.
Put in a saucepan with the butter, chopped onion, place on low heat, add the bacon and saute well drained; Add the rice, leave it just toast, add the wine and, with a wooden spoon, stir until the wine evaporates.
Gradually add the hot stock until the rice is cooked al dente.
Stir with plenty of parmesan and serve hot.

- 400 g of rice
- 150 g of bacon (150 g pieces)
- 20 g of butter
- 100 cl of broth
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 onion
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
