Rice with chicken and zucchini
Instructions
In saucepan bring to a boil the broth.
Separately minced chicken breast, Zucchini and parsley.
Put the chopped onion in the saucepan with 30 g of butter and let it wither without Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add the chicken cubes and brown them, add the courgettes and FRY lively focus for 2 minutes.
Add the rice and toast for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Pour the broth a little at a time and continue cooking for 15-18 minutes, stirring every so often.
Remove the Pan from the heat, add the remaining butter, grated cheese and parsley.
Stir and serve immediately.
