Rice with spinach
Instructions
Boil spinach in half a litre of salt water.
Strizzateli and season in pan with half the butter.
Boil the rice in the cooking water from the spinach, drain, season with remaining butter.
Cover with spinach and grated cheese.
Accompanying wines: Valdadige Bianco DOC, Val D'arbia DOC, Gioia Del Colle Bianco DOC.

- 350 g of rice
- 600 g of spinach
- Grated cheese
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
