Greek Rice Dessert (Riso Dolce Alla Greca)
Instructions
Cook the rice in plenty of lightly salted boiling water, leave it to drain and mix to make it cool.
Combine the yogurt, 4 tablespoons honey, a handful of nuts and candies.
Mix well all the ingredients and distribute the mixture into 4 bowls.

- 100 g of quick cooking rice
- 2 bottles of greek yoghurt
- 1 handful of mixed nuts
- 1 handful of candies
- 4 tablespoons of honey
