Instructions

Cook the rice.

Blanch sprouts for about 2 minutes in boiling salted water.

Boil the prawns.

Dice the ham.

Grate the cucumber and chop onion and Mint.

Stir in the rice, bean sprouts, shrimp and ham.

Scent citronnette with mint sauce, onion and cucumber and toss rice.
