Rice and spinach (2)
Instructions
Wash spinach and cook in water with a little salt.
Take a beat of onion, a little Bacon, a bit of oil.
When the onion is wilted spinach cooked paid previously, the boiling broth and rice.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Also served warm, with plenty of grated Parmesan.

- 1000 g of spinach
- 250 g of rice
- Lard
- 100 cl of broth
- 1 onion
- Abundant of parmigiano
