Instructions

Heat 20 g of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the peas and artichoke hearts, sliced, salt and pepper and let stand for 5 minutes.

Incorporate the thinly sliced onion and diced ham, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes, pouring a few tablespoons of hot broth.

Combine the vegetables with the remaining ham hot broth and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the rice and bring to boiling.

Serve with the Parmesan.
