Cold rice with gherkins
Instructions
Cook the rice is al dente (1 pinch of salt).
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the gherkins cut into thin slices and regular.
Drain the rice and, when it is warm, season with the sauce for pickles, adding the olives and, if you wish a hearty ground pepper.

- 400 g of rice
- 40 g of butter
- 8 pickles
- 10 pitted green olives
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper (optional)
