Instructions

Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.

Remove browned film the peppers, cut into small pieces and put them in a bowl with the olive oil and the garlic split in half.

Add the diced tomato, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and shrimp; then mix everything and let it season.

Drain the cooked rice, pass it under cold water, remove the garlic from the sauce, add the rice, stir and serve.
