Instructions

Cut the leeks into thin slices, then place them in the saucepan with the sauce of your choice.

FRY for about 1 minute and add 2 tablespoons of water.

Wait until the leeks are softened, add water and nut set according to your needs and bring to a boil.

Add the potatoes, crush as soon as cooked, and finally pour the rice.

Cook 15 minutes.
