Instructions

Brown in a sauce of olive oil, butter, onion, chopped, garlic and Leek rice.

Just flavored wet with the broth and cook for 15 minutes.

Take 2 ladles of rice and soup, processing them and put them back in the pan with the chopped parsley.

Stir and serve.
