Green rice with prawns
Instructions
Boil celery and peeled potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes, then processing them with a little cooking water.
Cook the rice is al dente.
Make Brown 1 clove garlic in 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add the shelled shrimp tails and season for 2 minutes.
Drain the rice, incorporate celery sauce and chopped parsley; adjust with salt and pepper.
Distribute the rice in individual plates, garnish with shellfish and drizzle with a little olive oil.

- 5 ribs of celery
- 1 potato
- 1 clove of garlic
