Rice pilaf
Instructions
Brown rice in butter with chopped onion, wet with the stock and put it in a hot oven at 180 degrees, covered, for 20 minutes.
Lift it from the oven and fluff with a fork.
Add parsley and basil, a knob of butter, parmesan and serve immediately.

- 400 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 800 g of broth
- Parsley and chopped basil
- 50 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
