Rice jumped
Instructions
Toast the rice in a sauce of olive oil, butter and chopped onion; spray it with a little marsala, then bring it to cooking by adding some meat broth and towards the end, saffron.
Then form a Patty, get it browned in a skillet or pan with a knob of butter.

- 400 g of rice
- Olive oil

- 1 onion
- Marsala wine
- Meat broth
- 1 sachet of saffron
