Instructions

In saucepan on medium heat melt 2 tablespoons butter, add day one cup of uncooked rice and mix until lightly blond either.

Put 2 cups water; cover and bring to a boil; Cook briefly and turn off the heat.

Let inflate the rice for 20-25 minutes.

If you want a dry or wet rice, put a quantity of water more or less great.
