Cheese risotto
Instructions
Cook the rice is al dente, leave it to drain and replace it in the baking pan.
Combine the diced cheese and oil.
Warm all over low heat until cheeses are melted.
Combine the Parmesan cheese and serve hot.

- 40 g of fontina cheese
- 40 g of dutch cheese
- 40 g of mozzarella
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
