Mozzarella risotto
Instructions
Sauté peas in oil with chopped onion.
Combine the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Combine the Basil and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat.
Cook the rice and leave it to drain al dente, add the sauce and add the diced mozzarella.

- 400 g of rice
- 200 g of peas
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 100 g of peeled tomatoes
- Basil
- 1/2 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
