Risotto alla pilota
Instructions
Fill with water half the pot.
Set it to fire, and when the water boils, pour with rain the rice so it gets a small mass with water flush.
If the water is too much, take it off.
As soon as the water resumes boiling, give an energetic mixed and cook over high heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat or lower it so much.
Stopper the flask and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, Peel the sausage and put them to cook in a saucepan with the butter with a wooden spoon with a fork to speed cooking.
Add the sausage to the risotto, along with grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix well and serve.

- 400 g of carnaroli or vialone
- 200 g of salamella mantovana (or sweet sausage)
