Risotto with anchovies
Instructions
Saute in a pan with oil and butter, onion and parsley, then add the chopped anchovies, tomato paste and rice.
Sprinkle with wine and bring the rice for doneness by diluting the stock.
Adjust with salt and pepper and serve.

- 350 g of rice
- 300 g of tomato paste
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 ladles of broth
- Olive oil
- Butter
