Homemade beer
Instructions
Simmer for about two hours, the water in a large pot with the barley and hops in a canvas bag.
Meanwhile, caramelize the sugar, molasses dissolved in two fingers of tepid water and combine everything.
Spend two hours and bake and cool the liquid, then add the yeast.
Let stand an hour or so and then add alcohol.
Blended and bottled.

- 500 g of full barley
- 250 g of molasses
- Cl 1500 of water
- 25 cl of alcohol
- 50 g of brewer's yeast
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of hops
