Carciofato risotto
Instructions
Put 1/2 of chicken and nut 1/2 beef bouillon in a saucepan, add 1/2 litre of water and boil.
Having cleaned and cut into thin slices and put them together artichokes in butter in a saucepan and fry them, joining rice and I highly recommend stir.
Add the broth a little at a time, turning only when you add it after about 15 minutes the rice is al dente and you can eat.
Add the parmesan and serve, the only consideration that I have to make is that in case your guests are unwelcome there .

- 150 g of rice
- 25 g of butter
- 25 g of parmigiano
- 2 artichokes
- 50 cl of broth
- Chicken dice
- Beef nut
