Risotto with spinach
Instructions
Having cooked spinach, according to the rules of cooking the vegetables, strizzateli and mince finely.
Separately prepare the risotto: put to fry the onion in the pot previously heated, add the rice washed away and immediately after the wine and allow to evaporate.
Pour the boiling broth, put the lid on and simmer for 10 minutes.
After this time, add the spinach and rice simmer for 5-8 minutes, and finally add the cream, butter, grated cheese.
Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
